How to apply for assistance

• If you or a member of your immediate family has a connection to the 19th Judicial Circuit within the past three years (Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, and Okeechobee Counties) criminal or dependency courts, offender or victim, you may be eligible for assistance. 
• LifeBuilders' purpose is to assist low-income clients overcome the stumbling blocks that often derail the client's commitment to a substance and crime free life, or those blocks that prevent them from leading a productive life for their family. Application approvals are subject to client's efforts to succeed and available funding.
